Hello!
A guy locally is selling a Semi-Hollow Comanche with a bound neck and the headstock only says G&L
Comanche, no Guitars by Leo. Something seems a little sketchy as it’s a “selling for my dad who passed away” story, etc. Just never seen a Comanche with a bound neck and different headstock. Serial # begins with CLF. Does this all sound legit?

Re: Semi-Hollow Comanche Questions
I'm no expert but it could be a custom build guitar- logo delete and bound neck are options. If you have the full serial number I would suggest emailing G&L directly. In my experience they will get the build info for you and verify it's legit.

Re: Semi-Hollow Comanche Questions
Yes, bound necks (White Neck Binding ORDER CODE: NB) and Model Logo Delete on headstock (Model Logo Delete ORDER CODE: LD) are/were options for the Comanche Semi-Hollow model (2008-1/2017). See these posts in our G&L Knowledgebase:boog204 wrote:Hello!
