New England G&L Fan

Post by illwood »

Hi everyone, I'm finally joining the forum after buying my 3rd G&L. I have been playing for a little over 30 years and I have been familiar with the G&L brand for some time (I was a big Alice In Chains fan back in the day), but hadn't owned any until fall of 2019. I'm primarily a guitar player but wanted a good bass guitar, so I picked up a semi-hollow ASAT bass. After seeing what the fit and finish was on a G&L from that bass, I was sold. I knew a G&L guitar was going to be in my future, then last fall, I had the opportunity to buy an Okoume body Comanche. Of course, G&L knocked it out of the park. I have been a 'T' style fan and player, almost since I started guitar, so I became the proud owner of an ASAT Classic 'S' this past Saturday.

I'm happy to post pics, but don't know if they should go in the introduction threads or not. I've only just started into these forums.

Thanks! They say that variety is the spice of life. I'm primarily a guitar player

I see there is the registry, I think all of mine are 'Build to Order' by the dealers, do they belong in the registry?
