Looks like the G&L store is sold out of stock of locking tuners and sold out of stock of hard shell cases for this guitar. Is there an alternate source for these items?
I've tried all of my various Fender cases, which are about 1.5" short in the interior, and the stock tuners are bit oddball, with the single positioning pin rather than the more common 2 pin configuration. Nobody seems to offer the G&L style.
Thanks,
Bob

I don't have much help on your actual questions, but this appears to be a new guitar. I would contact your dealer or G&L (repairs@bbesound.com) and ask them for support. Your new guitar shouldn't have these issues.

Re: 2024 Fullerton Deluxe ASAT Classic Bluesboy Questions
1. See this post for the size of the saddle height screws: Specs of ASAT Classic saddle height screws.BMG wrote:I just received my new Bluesboy guitar, my first G&L product, and had a couple of questions, if anybody knows.
1. The tops of the little hex screws on the brass saddles are extremely sharp and burred. Does anyone know what size they are so I can replace them? they look to be about 2mm.
2. The fret tangs above the 12th stick out a little and are sharp. Should I file them down or wait for a weather\season change to see if the neck wood expands.
3. The neck relief was a bit concave, and I want to get it to about .010" - 012" at the 7th or 8th fret, but the truss rod won't move in either direction, and I don't want to force it. Is there some trick to this truss rod compared to other guitars like Fender or Gibson?
Thanks,
Bob
2. Fret sprout: The climate can affect the wood of any guitar. In this case your fretboard wood likely has dried out some causing the fret sprout. Do a search on the Internet for "fret sprout" for more details and some remedies.
3. Truss rod adjustment. If this is new guitar, you should have received this sheet about adjusting the truss rod:
I will echo what Tooslowhand suggests about contacting selling dealer first and G&L Customer Service (repairs@bbesounds.com) for additional support.
Hope this helps.

Re: 2024 Fullerton Deluxe ASAT Classic Bluesboy Questions
Thank you so much for the responses. M3 screws.....perfect. I found them on Monsterbolts.com, which come is various lengths in the kit.
I have been able to move the truss rod by gently working it back and forth just a tiny bit, for a while. Seems OK now.
Thanks for the truss sheet image. I did get one of those with the document packet.
I'll take the guitar to my local Luthier to have the fret edges fixed and then all will be good.
This is my first time deviating from American made Fender and Gibson brands, which I never had any of these type of issues with, but I think this guitar will be just fine once the minor issues are addressed.
The guitar does play and sound beautifully. The neck humbucker, on a Tele style guitar, was the reason I bought the guitar, and I'll use that pickup exclusively. It's the most articulate sounding humbucker I have ever heard.
