Re: G&L Fallout Guitar on MPR Tiny Desk Contest
Great funky groove!
I have to guess that the Fallout is an import version. I have one of the same color except it has a rosewood neck instead of maple. I bought mine on Reverb some years ago. After I bought it I realized that the import Fallout of that color only came with a maple neck, but somehow mine was rosewood (which I like.) I eventually contacted Memo and found out that my Fallout must have had a neck swap; the serial number on my rosewood neck was in the G&L records as coming on a red Fallout and somehow ended up on my guitar.
So, I have a one-of-a-kind Fallout which plays and sounds great.
