The place to discuss, post photos, video, and audio of the G&L products (US instruments, stomp boxes, etc.) produced after 1991, including the amps & gear we use with them.

Contender for the most inaccurate G&L ebay listing

Here's something you don't see every day... a "G&L Special Legacy" from an alternate universe!
I just spotted this on the Australian ebay this morning... check out the CD/DVD it comes with! (Is that an endorsed artist?)
Purely for comedic purposes surely...

Well, it is a "Legacy" As that is the brand, not the model. Oh well.

Haha - nice

The price on this one seems a little excessive

Must be because the owner wants to be reimbursed for the shipping costs from the US for both puppies ... ;)

Thats how I get my G&Ls. Piece by piece from the online store.

Nah, not really.

Just so everyone knows, it costs around $300 to ship a guitar in a hard case from USA to AUS.

I just shipped the SC-3 to Australia for $153 ...the case is smaller than most, after packing and boxing the package was 26 lbs. ( thick cardboard , newspaper, and a roll of tape added 6 Lbs. !?! ...I was surprised about that ) ...it was sent usps . The rates might be low now for some reason.

I think it's the length of the cases that really bumps the postage to Australia. (They're just over the "hike in price" dimensions.)
I knew a friend who shipped a guitar over in 2 pieces with the neck separate for a ridiculous reduction in USA to AUS postage. It's the case that stings you.
