Notice that there are no Standard nor Premier finishes anymore. You can order any of these finishes on the default or any of the optional body woods.
Alder is the default body wood. No charge optional body woods are American Basswood and Okoume.

I would say that is the case. It's also not listed on the Custom Shop finishes. You might ask one of the Premier G&L dealers to see if they can

Looks like Whiskey is still available: see: ASAT Classic Bluesboy in Whiskey over swamp ash .... Also, it is still listed on G&L's Finishes page.

Yeah, I ordered that guitar back in March. Like you said, I checked with BCR and they were able to place the order for me.
