I emailed Memo Romero about this to find out if it was, and if so, when this change was made.
Here is Memo's reply:
I still think the Fullerton factory still supplies the Legacy CLF-100 single-coilHI Craig,
Only the MFD pickups used on the Tributes are made at the G&L factory, the
rest of the pickups are made by Cort, which would be the Alnico pickups.
That needs to be corrected, thanks for bringing it to our attention, all
the best.
