bridge saddels

Post by eranmeir1z »

i own g&l legacy humbacker around 20 years old.

the bridge saddles began to wear out + some screws on it fall
i don't know what saddles will fit best,
i stumbled those ones here in the board:
https://www.amazon.com/Graph-Tech-Strin ... B000U1W4GC

do you recommend them?
do you know "more recommended" ones?

Thanks

Yes, Graph-Tech does make saddles which will fit the G&L DF Vibrato bridge. See that post for the link to the Graph-Tech website.
Measure the E to e string spacing to determine which version to get.

Hope this helps.

Measure string spacing at the bridge, where the E strings are on the saddles.

Measure one of the existing saddles (height, width and length) and look on the Graph-Tech website for which version of their saddles is a match.

You should be able to measure the distance between the bridge adjustment screw hole centers, high to low E strings and get the e-E string spacing.
