New to the forum. But old school Leo fan
My name is Jeff and I am happy to be in this forum. I've been playing mostly bass guitar in my life. I life in Minnesota with my wife. I enjoy music of course, cooking, being regular in exercise and playing in bands whenever I can. I have even dabbled in building bass guitars on my own. Did that with my brother for over 15 years. I keep a regular full time 9-5 job. I've been following Leo like a fan follows their favorite band on tour. My first bass was a Fender when Leo had the company. I continued to follow Leo by buying Music Man basses in the late 70's and later G&L in the later 80's. It's kind of a cool transition.

Hey Jeff!
Welcome and it sounds like you’ve been a missing cousin to the GLDP with yer Leo bass history. Would love to see your basses and hear more about the guitar building as well. My son has an L2000 I’m going to post about tomorrow.

I don't know how to load individual images here yet. I don't have too many google files for them. But I can put a few here.sam wrote:Hey Jeff!

Jeff, you do beautiful work on your bass build! That's an impressive looking sunburst, and the control and tone circuit is very interesting.
