G&L amps?

Post by Steven T88 »

Question I have always had. Why did Leo not go into amp production at G&L? Did he ever make a few prototypes while he was there? Or was he precluded from making amps per some legal deal he made when he left the previous companies he was at?

No, Leo did not, see: http://www.guitarsbyleo.com/FORUM/viewt ... 32#p108832.

I had asked Dave McLaren if there were any drawings of amps done by Leo at the G&L factory and he said no Leo was focused on the G&L instruments and pickups until his passing in 1991.
