Purchased my first G&L (Clear Blue Legacy) in the fall of 1997.
Since then have owned many many guitars. In addition to several ASATs; Les Pauls and Teles seem to be my favorites. (Listings of my past G&L loves are in the registry).
Retired a few years ago and sold/donated most of my gear. I held on to my beloved Gibson J185 acoustic and Thin Skin 55 Tele.
It's as much fun to me as playing to be gazing lovingly at "me herd" as I sit appreciating their beauty next to my pooch with a generous pour of bourbon in my hand.
Recently realized I wanted another Tele and elected to come back to G&L by acquiring a lovely Butterscotch ASAT Classic.
Not sure how much time I will share on this mortal plane, however the guitars I now own are with me for the remainder of my time.
Freedom and whiskey!

Re: Back Again
Hey DogsPart2!
Welcome and love the Floyd reference
G&L has a way of pulling folks in and back in again when they are on an empty G&L tank. Post pics of yer ASAT Classic, we love to look at ASAT’s in the wild. Jump in often.
Remember, “You can never have to many ASAT’s!”
