2014 JB-2 Tribute natural w/ rosewood- rescued from shelter

Post by bigjim711 »

...or at least rescued from the pawn shop. I grabbed it off the wall as soon as I saw the $200 price tag. It didn’t take long to figure out why the price was so low (this pawn shop is pretty guitar/bass savvy and prices things at market value.) The third fret is tall and makes the low E string buzz when fretted at one or two. The 18th fret seems just a pinch too tall also but doesn’t cause much commotion. I ordered a fret rocker and will get all the frets leveled out when it arrives. I could make do with the tools I have but am in no rush. I need to pick up some non-gaudy strings too. :)
