ASAT Z-3 Fretboard Radius

Post by JDB2 »

Greetings! I'm looking at an ASAT Z-3 from the 1997/98 timeframe online (four bolt) but cannot confirm the fretboard radius. Does anyone know if Z-3s came with multiple radius options in that time period, or was 7.5" or 12" standard?

Yes, a 1998 (first year in production) Z-3 could be ordered with either a 7.5" radius (standard) or a 12" radius (optional).
See:
Production List of G&L Instruments (USA)
What are the USA neck size options, past and present?
Album: 1998 G&L Catalog
Album: February 1, 1998 Dealer Price List

Hope this helps.
