Japanese strat with G&L electronics

Post by Matdeflo »

Hi, I've just bought a 79 japanese strato, and I want to adapt the wiring with S500 tribute schematic (PTB system + push pull).
I will just keep the original pickups, and change all the other electronic parts.
I found this on Seymour duncan website, but how must I do to adapt PTB system ? Its just with particuliar capacitors ?
https://docs.google.com/gview?embedded= ... ENB_2T.pdf
Thanks !

Here is my recommendation:
Start with converting the wiring to the G&L Legacy wiring and then add the expander function which WitSok posted.

Make sure to post before, during and after photos and some audio too. See: READ THIS FIRST - About The Project Page sub-forum.

Good luck on your project.
