Short-scale bass?

The place to discuss, post photos, video, and audio of the G&L products (US instruments, stomp boxes, etc.) produced after 1991, including the amps & gear we use with them.

Short-scale bass?

Post by fraidykat »

Has G&L ever made a short-scale bass?
If not, would they ever consider making one?

I have a musicmaster bass, but I was wondering about a G&L version.

Thanks,
Kate
Playing bass is a lot like playing chess. Easy to do but it takes a lifetime to master....

Curious to hear if they have in the past; if they haven't perhaps that's something they could 'do right.' I've never played a short scale bass I liked; had Gibson/Epiphone EB0s, Ibanez short scales, a Fender Mustang bass at one point- Funny, I like 24" scale guitars but can't deal with 30" basses... Yet ;)
