Trem Arm

Post by Nubs »

I really want to use the tremolo on my S-500 Tribute, but the arm is so big and obtrusive. Are there options for trem arms? I'd like to get something closer to a Strat arm.

Thanks.

You might consider converting to the vintage style CLF 3/16” press-in arm and the matching CLF 3/16” arm socket to retrofit to a later Dual Fulcrum bridge.
See: Re: I need a tremelo arm, do you know where I can get one?.

See this post for another option: Another shorter trem arm thread?

Hope this helps.

Thanks Craig. I did check out the other post about the trem arm and found one in the G&L shop. Ordered it today & it shipped almost immediately. Thanks!
