Set up instructions

I have an asat tribute alnico classic, which I picked up here in the USA . Will be travelling back to India in a couple of days.. It comes with a beautiful 6 saddle brass bridge, got it set up at the dealer I picked it up from. I would eventually have to dismantle the neck form the body for me to take the Instrument home in my check in suitcase.. If I was to take it as a whole, I would end up paying 35-40% as tax..
I need the set up instructions for those saddles ... The action and intonation setup .. So that I could do my own work, incase it requires any adjustments.. There is a g&l dealer there in the place I stay in, but prefer to learn to work on my own.. Any setup pdf's or manual you people could share would be greatly appreciated...

One note about the G&L Owner's Manual, Version 2 (1988-2008):

The truss rod and action adjustment on Pages 7 and 9 have been updated in this version. The information contained herein is applicable to just about all G&Ls (before 2008 or so).
Note for SC-2 (2008 and up), continue to use the setup in this manual.

Specifications do change from time to time, so check the G&L Knowledgebase, G&L Technical Questions & Tips sub-forum for updates as they become available to us.
Look for "Current factory setup ... " posts in the G&L Technical Questions & Tips sub-forum.

Yes, it is to the second version of the manual (1988-2008).
