It's one the 80's bridge plates that was sold with a bridge assembly package.
Someone added the roller saddle (my best guess).

You will see that the bridge base plate (G&L Custom) is from the BV-100 Vibrato Assembly G&L sold as an aftermarket unit.
The saddles, trem socket and bar, and trem block are not G&L parts.
