G&L Online Store Issue
I wasn't sure where to post this, so putting it here since it involves a part for my '93 Legacy. I went to the G&L site and ordered a Dual Fulcruam Vibrato for $109. The part was to be shipped to my home address in PA. I was given a tracking # and to my surprise my order was delivered to an address in Texas. I'm not from Texas and never been to Texas so no idea how that happened. My order details clearly show my address in PA as the shipping address. I can only assume someone put the wrong shipping label on my package. Anyway, I emailed the online store on 12/23, 12/26 and 12/27, but I haven't gotten any replies. I also sent an email to their service department but no reply from there either. I know it's holiday time, so maybe that's the issue. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm don't want a refund, I just want my dual fulcrum!

I am pretty sure The Factory is closed this week through New Year’s Day.Questions about transactions made at the G&L Online Store
Please email the Online Store manager. The repairs manager does not have access to Online Store transactions or inventories.
The Online Store manager can only respond to questions about transactions and parts availability.

Perfect, thanks Craig. I was hoping the holiday was the issue. Btw, I did send my messages to the on-line store manager, but I guess they don't monitor emails when closed. Hopefully I'll have my part by next week.
