Close up detail of the winding machine I'm using here at G&L. This was Leo's lab winding machine he used to prototype pickups going back to the mid-1960s. I am very fortunate and humbled to be able to spin some bobbins on this one-of-a-kind tool. BTW, today is Leo's birthday! Happy Birthday, Leo!
