April 1976 George Fullerton’s drawings are the basis for WidebodyFunkay v2. I’m not really sure why v2 exists, but it started like this: I want to have proper 3-bolt G&L replacement necks for our online store, then I thought it would be cool to offer them with the original MM heel shape. Wrong headstock for a replacement, but the right genes so whatever. Next thing I knew I was all up in the drawings and v2 got dressed up like it’s 1976 here on Fender Avenue. Anyway, check out this CNC undercut that lets me fit an M•2000/2500 preamp in there. On v2 I did it with a Dremel
