L-2000 was completed here on March 1, 1985-4

This L-2000 was completed here on March 1, 1985. I love the black crinkle powder coated control plate with those CLF knobs popping. (Doheny V12, cough cough). This bass was made just before the change to the rear mount controls, so it’s kind of transitional because it has both a control plate and the trademark G&L hook style headstock.
