1984 Vibrato-Equipped Basses

Here's a circa-1984 ad slick for "wiggle stick" basses, featuring Kahler tremelos. I've owned an Interceptor Bass that had one of these and honestly I think the jury is still out as to what precise musical purpose they serve - I sure couldn't find any use for the one on mine. About 400 Interceptor Basses were made, and approximately half of those had Kahler tremelos.
