F-100 E was the active version of the first G&L guitar model-5

The F-100 E was the active version of the first G&L guitar model. It could be used either passive or active with the preamp switch turned on. I love L-2000 basses, so I guess it shouldn’t be surprising that I prefer the F-100 E over the F-100.
