Jeff Byrd's 1987 ASAT III

Thanks to Jeff Byrd for sending in a photo of this 1987 ASAT III. Jeff says "This '87 ASAT III is pre-BBE. It pre-dates the original first production of the ASAT III in 1988. It was most likely a special order as denoted by the plastic B/W/B pickguard instead of the usual metal black crinkle and has the serif ASAT logo on the headstock. Cigarette smoke has turned it to a nice dirty blonde."
