October 16, 1960 letter from Speedy West to Leo Fender. Well, it’s just the envelope for today. I’ll have to transcribe the handwritten letter as it’s difficult to read, and I think I can get that done by tomorrow. Anyway, looks like Speedy was opening up a music shop in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Leo had given him the Fender line. It’s a warm, friendly letter that made me smile.
