199? Amplifier Promo Ad Slick

Thanks to Jim DePitts for submitting this interesting curiosity - as of this writing G&L has never produced an amplifier, but it appears from this ad slick that one was obviously under consideration at some point. Jim says, "This was obtained from the folks at Heights Guitars in Cleveland, OH. Does anyone know of a real amp? Or a prototype?"
