Anonymous 1995 ASAT Bass (zebrawood)

Here's an interesting one-off - a 1995 G&L ASAT Bass with a zebrawood body. The dealer who had it for sale said, "The only one we've ever seen. There is just no way to describe this bass except the word AWESOME. One piece zebrawood body white pickups, and a beautiful maple neck with rosewood fretboard." The matching zebrawood ASAT guitar is also pictured here (and there is another pic of it in the ASAT section in the gallery). Both instruments surfaced again for auction on eBay in April, 2000, and they sold as a pair for $2,000.00 - the first photo is from that eBay auction.
