G&L Factory setup for basses calls for a measured neck relief of from .012” to .014” at the 9th fret.
The distance from the top of the 1st fret to the bottom of each string directly over the 1st fret should measure from .020” to .022” for all strings.
The distance from the top of the 17th fret to the bottom of each string directly over the 17th fret and it should measure at .094” for all strings.
