Regular Comanche PTB vs Comanche VI single tone control

I just purchased a used 2007 USA G&L Comanche Studio VI Custom Creation and note that there is only one volume and one tone control. Is this the treble half of the regular PTB system, or is there a difference? Is the Comanche VI less versatile than a full PTB and if so, can it be modded to have the bass rolloff control as well, just like the regular Comanche? Curious, since I cannot do an A/B on the two guitars.
