Jos, this is some display and I don't know how I missed it but I was gone last weekend. Totally awesome and good to see the two non ASATs in the mix. They are equally deserving--Darwin

yowhatshakin--what are the G&L color differences of the strat and tele of the right? I'm guessing the Phyllis strat is vintage white and the ASAT is blonde? Please correct me if I am wrong. Thx. TF

They each have their own custom color, see The Phyllis Model: "Blondie" and C.L.F. Centennial ASAT.Tall-Fir wrote:yowhatshakin--what are the G&L color differences of the strat and tele of the right? Hi guys,
Sorry for the late reply. I really have been swamped this week. And unfortunately 'swamped' does nor refer to a particular kind of ash
Thanks again guys,

Well, as stated these are CCD Limited Editions. If I really wanted to be complete, I would have to add one of the 70 Custom Creation Rampages produced in 2000 and a C.L.F. Centennial L-2000 from '09. But if I wanted a Legacy and an F-100, I think I made some viable choices And do I like the Z-2? You betcha, because after all that IS an ASAT! Thanks again Jonjonc wrote:Jos -- what's those two non-ASAT guitars doing in there? just kidding. nice shot/collection as always. you digging the Z-2?
It was easy enough to miss. About 15 minutes after I posted this, mrfstop posted pics of his beautiful Butterscotch L-2000 to the Porn thread. Anybody reverse ordering that thread would have seen his pics with my post scrolled off the bottom. Even I couldn't find it anymore This is where Craig reorg of the thread shows its value since that would now be impossible.darwinohm wrote:Jos, this is some display and I don't know how I missed it but I was gone last weekend. As stated by Craig, they are both custom blonde colors with interesting hues that really show when you see the both up close. Whereas 'Blondie' has an opaque finish, the Centennial still shows the beautiful grain underneath.Tall-Fir wrote:yowhatshakin--what are the G&L color differences of the strat and tele of the right?
