That's a decision I'm sure Miguel will live to regret. I hope that his groin didn't become infected in the time before he got to hospital.
My sandwich story: Once, when I was a kid, I opened up a ham and mayo sandwich to see its delicious interior only to find maggots wriggling about in the mayo. To this day I go green immediately when I see maggots anywhere.
