Anchor Steam has been my choice of brew with oysters and steamed clams for the last 20 years. I am impressed that Maytag had not ruined that enjoyment (did not realize that it was owned by a progeny of industrialization). Hopefully the new ownership will respect the brand and maintain its integrity.
