Which type of stock tuners, non-locking or locking?

Beginning in 2011, almost all G&L standard production model guitars
come with non-locking tuners. The Will Ray Signature and the Will
Ray Signature Semi-Hollow models come with locking tuners.
Locking tuners are an upcharge option on all other guitar models.
