Custom Build Fret Wire Options

Since there are only two different sizes listed, I want to see if it's possible to get a different size fret wire on a custom build. Specifically, Jescar 47104 EVO Gold. I'm thinking:

Swamp Ash Comanche, 12" radius, Heritage '86 maple neck.

Any help would be appreciated!
