Greetings,

I've been playing guitar since 1990, grew up playing rock and metal. I first learned about G&L guitars in the mid 90s when I learned that Jerry Cantrell played the Rampage. Being a big AIC fan, but not living in the US, it was near impossible to get me hands on a G&L, so it wasn't until the mid 2000s that I managed to get my hands on one when I moved to the US. I saw a mid 80s Rampage selling on Ebay and noticed the seller was in the same city as I was. The seller turned out to work in a vintage guitar store and agreed to a good price as I would buy in person and he didn't have to ship it. It's truly a great guitar, but needs a refret and a new nut. I've had a number of good guitars over the years, but besides from the quality and sentimental value of other guitars I've owned, there's just something "special" about my Rampage, about how it feels, plays and sounds.

Cheers
