New Member from Melbourne Australia

Hi, my name is Harry. I come from Melbourne , Australia. Hope you are keeping well.
I've owned a lot of guitars in this mortal life. Brands from all over the world bought through curiosity, general GAS ~ing .
I also play in bands and record nonsense at home.
The latest guitar I bought here in Australia is a black 1983 SC2. UnfortunatelyI cant post a photo right now.
This is my first G&L and it is in pretty good condition ~ a few scrapes, no dents ~ the only issues I'm aware of are
a couple of unoriginal parts. The control knobs are generic Fender Mustang type and the bridge is a modern all silver model.
If anyone knows of any original silver topped knobs or the black coated bridges being available I'd be very grateful.
I've also wondered about having the bridge 'tray' powder coated black to give it a more original look.
Sadly it doesn't have a serial number because of the bridge situation.
Any suggestions welcome.
