Serial number was already registered to non-matching guitar

Hi. I just joined today and when i tried to register my Legacy it had already been rigistered under a non-matching description by someone else. i bought the guitar used several years ago but the fingerboard and body color previously registered under my serial number were incorrect to the guitar i own. has anyone else had this happen? i edited the registry info and sent an email to the user listed as previously registering my serial number. thanks for any help or info.

the guy said he didnt remember registering it and he logged on and erased his registry. problem solved.
