Here’s an L•2000 in Andromeda over empress, quartersawn maple neck with Clear Satin finish, black block inlays, matching headstock, Single Coil Mode wiring.
CLF2212009 is headed to G&L Premier Dealer Rocket Music in Blacksburg, Virginia

I call it a factory special build because of the body wood (Empress), which G&L does not offer on their standard body wood options due to limited availability.
The factory builds these special instruments with this body wood, when they get some of this wood from their supplier. G&L chooses the models, options, and finishes
to build and then makes them available to G&L dealers to buy and resell.
