How does it play?
Which tonal direction,compared to a ASAT are the pickup?
What is the control?Volume?
Does it change tone as well?
How is clean playing?

Well, I want one, but they are very expensive, right? Perhaps when I find one at a good price...

I have #4! Had to register just to let y'all know this guitar is killer. Set up is perfection (as it should be for 5k)! Haven't made one tweak. I will disclose my bias as a big Chains fan. I know guitars are totally subjective, but this is my best. I have 2 LP customs and a deluxe strat. I'm not familiar w/ asat pups, but this thing w/ it's motor city, has hot, phat sound! The tone can change rolling off volume. Distorted is where this guitar shines IMO, but is on par w/ my deluxe w/ noiseless singles for clean. Look elsewhere for pics, G&L posted a proto to advert this ax......shame. These r beautifully finished guitars. Surprised these r still available.
