I could have sworn there was something different about the Fullerton Legacy that seperated it from a standard Legacy. For some reason I want to say the tone controls were wired like the traditional Strat controls. Of course I hope I'm wrong on that one but I just can't remember and I didn't find it on the G&L website.
Anyway, I found a used Fullerton and the seller states it has a PTB system. Wouldn't that make it exactly the same as a standard Legacy except for the ebony fretboard and fancy paint job?

Re: Fullerton model Legacy questions
I found the answer in a post. That's just what I thought. So, there is no tone control on the bridge pickup just like a traditional Strat, correct?
I like the PTB much better.

Re: Fullerton model Legacy questions
Correct. On the Fullerton Sig you have a separate tome control for middle and neck pup. Chances are that seller could only find the Legacy web page on the G&L website and got his/her info that way. I wanted to give you a link to the original webpage for the George Fullerton but discovered this morning they (finally) took it down.Zippy wrote:I found the answer in a post. However, if you checked the link in this post: Re: GF models, which I pointed to earlier.yowhatsshakin wrote:Correct. On the Fullerton Sig you have a separate tome control for middle and neck pup. It has a link to the Internet Archive of the G&L Spec page and is viewable.
Hope this helps.

Re: Fullerton model Legacy questions
Craig,
I did check that link. All it said was volume, tone control, treble roll off.
This guy says he ordered custom shop stuff like an ebony fretboard. Could he have also ordered a PTB rather than the standard Strat set up?
