G&L Custom Shop Experience

I've seen a lot of the G&L CS dealers posting guitars. I haven't heard much from people putting in custom shop orders through the dealers. I thought it would be nice to have a thread where customers could write about their experience.

What dealer did you use?
Did the dealer have good customer service?
Did G&L meet or exceed your expectations?
How long did it take to get your guitar?
What did you order?
How does G&L's Custom Shop compare to other custom shops?
Etc

I had trouble with the first two premier dealers I contacted. Thankfully, the third time seems to have been the charm. I've previously had a Team Built Fender CS and a Carvin CS guitar built. I can't wait to see how my G&L turns out.
