MFD: can't move the polepieces of the neck pickup

Hi all,

I've got a Tribute S-500 that I love.
Out of curiosity, I tried to change the height of the polepieces. Everything worked fine with the bridge and the middle pickups, but I couldn't move the polepieces of the neck pickup, no matter how hard I tried. Is this normal?

just checked mine all polepeices will adjust. ive never adjusted the middle pickup they were very tight. they was run all the way in. Had to use a little extra ump to break them loose.

Ok, thank you for checking. So maybe I should try harder... Anyone else had this problem?
