I like the size (6100) but I am hoping they will be giving that to me , not typical med-jumbo 6110 or something. Anyone confirm what they use?

When G&L switched from the Flat Wide fretwire to the Dunlop 6100 fretwire, Dunlop called that size "Medium Jumbo". This is what G&L put on their website and it has remained that way ever since. In the 2001 G&L Catalog, Page 25, the fretwire was listed as Jumbo, but in later catalogs is again listed as "Medium Jumbo".
So, the bottom line is, that they use Dunlop 6100 fretwire for their standard frets and Dunlop 6230 fretwire for the optional vintage frets.
Hope this helps.
