Mfd pole pieces adjustment

Hi I'm a new g&l asat owner. How do you adjust the pole pieces in the mfd pickup? Is itr an Allen wrench or do use another tool. Thanks for helping my slow brain.

OK. Now how about some tips for adjusting pole pieces in the MFD pickups? Any hints & tips? Any 'do' & 'don't' tips? I'm curious about experimenting with the adjustability of the pole pieces. Where do I start? What sort of results can I expect by tweaking the pole pieces up or down? By how much?
