Strings in G&L trib Legacy can't go lower

The first string (e) can't go under 2 mm and I (think) have the bridge and the neck perfectly seted up and is too unconfortable to play, the bridge height from the body is 3mm (1/8").

Can you post some photos showing bridge and saddles from the side? Also a photo showing that the bridge plate is parallel to the body.
