Locking nut moving

Hey guys, I have a G&L Rampage Tribute model that has the Floyd Rose R3 locking nut on it (top mounted), when I dive bomb the nut moves, the screws holding it on are as tight as they can get, how can I fix this? I added a video, but it really doesn't show the nut moving.
