Need help finding replacement nut for Rampage Tribute Model

Hey guys, I own a Rampage Jerry Cantrell Tribute model and I have stripped the threads for the locking nut (for the clamps), I believe the nut is a Ibanez 43mm Locking Nut but I can not find one for sale in new condition, does anyone know where I can find a nut that works for my guitar.

Edit: only one I have been able to find does not ship to the US.
