G200 mod for Leo-era F100s

This is an oldie, I know. I am looking at rewiring an F100 with the G200 mod. I thought that many years ago I saw schematics covering this on the forum but I must be wrong. I can find a request or 2 for such schematics and I have found a list of parts for the mod (http://www.guitarsbyleo.com/FORUM/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=14502).

I am a hardware dunce, so to my eyes what I can see is the list of "ingredients" but no "recipe".

I know this mod is fairly commonly applied. Can anyone provide a wiring diagram and a quick "how-to" list to help, please?
