Post 1982 S-500 vibrato arm question
I cannot remove the vibrato arm from my 1982 S-500. This problem came with the guitar when I got it several years ago. The arm has a black plastic handle and there is no set screw. It can can be rotated in both directions and doesn't screw out when turned lefty. Does anyone have any ideas and/or recommendations how to fix this. I would like to remove the arm when the guitar is in the case as it's pushed down when the case is closed.
